If you would like to have your name and contact information included on our BCKC Website Breeder Directory you must be a member in good standing of BCKC. You are REQUIRED to complete and sign this information release form and return it to Crystal Morton our Webmaster. Just as a reminder, even if you have completed a release to have your information included on the Steel Valley Cluster Website you will have to fill out a NEW ONE for the BCKC site. Your name will not be included without a signed release on file.
